WARRANTY

Reaction rods are covered by a lifetime warranty for the original owner against defects in workmanship or material. To make a warranty claim, please bring the entire rod to your local Guideline Reaction dealer along with your warranty card and receipt. Please also write a note explaining the problem. We will examine the rod and if your rod was damaged due to faulty workmanship, then of course we will cover the cost of the repair or replacement during the warranty period. However, if evidence indicates that the damage is due to an accident, normal wear or neglect, then we will advise you to use our Instant Express Service. For all return shipments the original owner will be charged for shipping costs.
