ROD WARRANTY - GUIDELINE INSTANT-EXPRESS


When you buy a GUIDELINE rod, you are covered by our special GL-warranty.
If you are unlucky and the accident happens, we will do our best to help you out as quickly as possible.

This is how it works: Send or bring the broken piece of your rod together with a copy of your receipt to your dealer. If he has your rod-model in stock, you will get a new piece at once. If not, we will make sure it is delivered to the shop within a week.

FLYREEL WARRANTY

GUIDELINE flyreels come with a 3-year full service warranty to the first owner, against manufacture or material defects. Normal wear or physical damage is not covered by the warranty. Do you have a older Guideline fly reel and need parts or how to assemble it? Check this page.
 

OTHER PRODUCTS

Others products than rod and reel is covered by the consumer law in your country.
 

HOW TOO


All claims and support issues should go through your dealer. In some cases this might not be possible due to your location or other logistical matters.
